We provide free standard shipping for domestic orders (USA).
For domestic orders (USA), our standard delivery time is between 3 - 7 days for the Illuminated Veil™ and 5-12 business days for the Angelic Veil™.
For international orders, our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
Some destinations have customs fees or shipping surcharges. Please contact us before ordering for delivery estimates & shipping confirmation.
We can deliver internationally to Australia, Canada, and most EU nations.
(For the EU - we don't ship to Denmark or Germany. For other countries, check with our team. We'll do our best to arrange shipping for you.)
For custom orders that require modifications, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks.
(Depends on country, requested modifications, our current workload, and the customer queue.)
We understand the importance of timely delivery, particularly when it comes to photoshoots or events. Our shipping times may vary depending on the availability of inventory & materials.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges!
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment and packaged to prevent any defects. However, in the rare event that there is a significant issue due to our error, we will gladly replace it for you.
We kindly ask that you consider this before making your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Yes, we can customize anything you want!
Create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that'll meet any specific needs or preferences you may have!
We can also make our standard Angelic Veil™ in different colors - black, pink, purple, red, or blue! (Costs $70 extra)
*Not all customizations will be accepted, and any customizations will have a minimum cost of $40 because of the highly skilled work required on multiple ends of our supply chain.
Here's how custom orders work:
1. Our team reviews the feasibility of your request, and coordinates with our designers, artisans, then logistics.
2. We send you a proper price quote & time estimate.
3. We'll then send you a custom invoice & confirmation, which is non-refundable and must be paid before we begin work.
*Custom orders may add an additional 2-3 weeks to your delivery time, depending on the nature of the customization.
We do not accept emails asking for bulk order discounts if you intend to purchase 5 units or less. We appreciate your understanding!
