Materials
Our wings are meticulously handcrafted using 100% premium isolon.
It's hypoallergenic, comfortable, and smooth texture makes it ideal for people with sensitive skin.
Its exceptionally lightweight, flexible, yet resilient design makes it an ideal material for dynamic movements and striking photography.
Isolon is eco-friendly and is reusable.
*We DO NOT use real feathers!
They lack flexibility and durability. They're stiff, easily damaged, and incredibly difficult to maintain.
Real feathers are not hypoallergenic and may cause skin irritation, itching, and discomfort.
Plucking real feathers causes significant harm to animals.
Finally, real feathers would substantially increase costs without any advantages.
That's why isolon is our favorite material choice, complemented by decades of artisan experience.

Shipping
We provide free standard shipping for domestic orders (USA).
For domestic orders (USA), our standard delivery time is 5-12 business days.
For international orders, our standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
We can deliver internationally to Australia, Canada, and most EU nations.
Shipping surcharges may apply for select countries. (To check, go to checkout or contact us)
Custom orders that require significant modifications may need an extra 2-3 weeks!
We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially with photoshoots or events. Our shipping times vary depending on inventory, materials, & demand - but we'll always do our best to work with you. We encourage you to place your order in advance to ensure ample time to receive your delivery.
Return Policy
Due to the artisanal handcrafted nature of this product, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges!
However, if there are any issues due to our error, we'll gladly replace it for you, free of charge!
Do note, our quality standards are incredibly high and each piece is thoroughly inspected before shipment.
Because our products are painstakingly handmade, we do not offer the option to "try on/test out" prior to purchase.
We kindly ask that you consider this before making your purchase, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We frequently make the Angelic Veil™ in black, red, or gold.
If you can dream it, we can build it!
We'll create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that'll meet ANY specific needs or preferences you have!
We can do custom colors, designs, shapes, sizes, patterns, and even materials!
Customization: Pricing
We have 5 levels of customization. Includes small detail adjustments to your custom product's design.
Level 1 - Common Color = Make your Angelic Veil™ in another basic color like black, red, or gold. Includes 1 detail adjustment. Costs $45 ($395 total).
Level 2 - Special Color = Make your Angelic Veil™ in a custom ordered, uncommon color. Includes 3 detail adjustments. Costs $99 ($449 total).
Level 3 - Complex Color = Make your Angelic Veil™ in multiple colors or custom patterns. Includes 5 detail adjustments. Costs $145 ($495 total).
Level 4 or Level 5 - Complex Design = Totally modified design & colors (medium or high difficulty). Includes unlimited detail adjustments.

4. We'll send a custom invoice (non-refundable & paid in advance)
5. We'll do your project & give you updates along the way.
